JOB: Marketing & Communications Director

The Auckland Arts Festival is Auckland's premier festival of New Zealand and international arts. Presented annually in March, the globally recognised event celebrates people and culture, and showcases the cultural diversity and vibrant energy of New Zealand's largest city.

The Trust is seeking a passionate and dynamic MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR to develop, manage and deliver marketing, communications and branding and social media strategies for the Auckland Arts Festival and other Trust activities.  The Marketing & Communications Director will also assist the Chief Executive and Board with securing and managing sponsorships.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record in arts and/or events marketing, strategic development, managing budgets and leading a team.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Marketing and Communications Director will have the creativity, energy and commitment to play a key role in the growth and sustainability of this significant arts organisation.
