Franklin Arts Centre picThe Franklin Art Centre is a flexible exhibition space of international standard, It  hosts exhibitions in two galleries – the Community Gallery which showcases predominantly local artists and the New Zealand Steel Gallery with a programme of both national, regional and local artists.
