JOB: White Night Coordinator
The Auckland Arts Festival is Auckland's premier festival of New Zealand and international arts. Presented annually in March, the globally recognised event celebrates people and culture, and showcases the cultural diversity and vibrant energy of New Zealand's largest city.
Auckland Arts Festival is seeking a White Night Coordinator
The successful applicant will coordinate the various components of the event and needs to:

Have proven experience in the event industry and the ability to deliver a project

Have knowledge of the visual arts and an understanding of the performing arts and public accessibility projects

Have good relationships skills

Be able to interface with Galleries and museums

Have the ability to work with business associations, funders and sponsors

Have good organisational and time management skills
-
Have the ability to prepare letters of agreement and contracts and manage a budget

Manage volunteers
-
Have an ability to be part of a team

Have an understanding of Festivals and events
